Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026

Please read this policy carefully to understand how Lo Studio handles your information. This policy may change over time. Continuing to use the site after a change is published means you accept the updated policy, so check back here periodically.

Lo Studio, Inc. ("Lo Studio," "we," or "us") is a United States corporation taxed as an S corporation. This policy describes the information we collect from visitors to lostudio.net and its subdomains (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

01Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information: what you give us directly, and what is recorded automatically as you browse.

Information you provide

Information collected automatically

This automatic information is not used to identify you personally. We use it to understand which work resonates, fix problems, and improve the Site.

02Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies — small files stored by your browser — along with a privacy-conscious analytics service to measure traffic in aggregate. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work correctly if you do.

Scheduling and newsletter tools embedded on the Site may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell your information.

03How we use your information

04How we share it

Lo Studio does not sell or rent personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify any individual without restriction.

05Client work and confidentiality

Project materials we receive from clients are governed by our agreement with that client, not by this policy. We treat client materials as confidential and publish case studies only with permission.

06Retention

We keep inquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to serve the relationship and satisfy legal or tax requirements, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact address below.

07Your choices and rights

To make a request, email lostudio@gmail.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will respond to the email address you write from.

08Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Children

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

10Visitors outside the United States

Lo Studio operates in the United States. If you access the Site from a region with different data protection laws, be aware that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, and by using the Site you consent to that transfer.

11Changes to this policy

Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top. Material changes will be noted clearly.
